Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unworn
  • the item is in its original condition
  • the item is in its original box/packaging
  • proof of purchase is provided

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the fault

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund

This is in line with your rights under applicable consumer laws in New Zealand and Australia.

Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Return Conditions

Returned items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse unless the return relates to a genuine fault.

We recommend trying shoes on indoors on a clean surface until you are sure they are suitable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


Exchanges

We do not always guarantee direct exchanges, as stock availability may vary. In many cases, the quickest option is to return the item and place a new order.
