We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Please allow:

• New Zealand: 2–5 working days
• Australia: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, and peak periods.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
